I'm voting for Nicholson all the way.Heath Ledger would be my second choice,but I like Jack's version better because his Joker was based more off the comic version of the character,compared to Ledger's,who was more of a "real life" kinda Joker.Like if Joker were to really exist in our world,that's how he would be.Seeing that Nolan always likes for his Batman films to seem more real.Ledger was great,in that sense,but I just like my Joker to be more like in the comics.He was funny and cracking jokes,but at the same time,was crazy and would kill you.Plus Tim Burton's 1989 Batman movie will always be my favotite and I've always been a big fan of Jack Nicholson's work.Ok.You know my opinion.Now I would like to know yours :)

I see where you're coming from but i pick heath and then jack. I'm not much of a comic book person so that doesnt hold much weight for me. Jack did an amazing job and i love him as an actor but heath literally gave his life for that role and it showed. He pretty much made the movie in my opinion.

Im voted for Jack. I was a big Batman comics fan as a kid. But I will give credit to Ledger for a great and more modern performance.

HEATH LEDGER!!! hands down! did any other actor engulf himself so much in the role to become, in real life, as dark as the character of the joker?!
