Clearing young people crimes (by james85)

Moves to wipe the slate clean for thousands of youngsters who’ve been convicted or cautioned for crimes when they turn 18. The idea is to give em a fresh start and allow em to put the past behind them, get a job and so on, but critics say the change is a slap in the face for victims. Is it

You commit a crime and you should pay for it regardless of your age. As long as you can prove they know the difference between right and wrong then they should be punished.
