Anti homeless spikes (by james85)
Are the metal spikes which have allegedly been put outside a block of luxury flats to drive away rough sleepers, well, are they inhumane? Criticis say they resemble the spikes used to keep pigeons off buildings and as such reduce homeless people to the level of vermin. True enough, but what if you had homeless people sleeping in your doorway? Wouldn’t you be tempted to try them?
