A message of not a simple " hi , hey or hello " nor a message of " here's my number text me " . I mean , a message with thoughts of why he sent such message to me :)

Definently a msg. If ur interested atleast take the time to talk to her. A wink and a msg is even better.

I do both. if i like someone I'll send them a wink. if they wink back I'll send a short message consisting of more than hi. or sometime if i read something interesting on their profile I'll message them first. I've had a couple of roses sent to me before the person actually messaged me which is sweet. but just do what you think is right :)

I dont even look at the winks i read all msgs thou and it helps if they start off with a joke or something funny
