Is there anyway possible that you can make a restriction for certain countries?...i do have friends that don't live in the US that i talk to, so i have to leave it open and then i get messaged by people i do not want to talk to in different countries, very annoying..

Doing that would require listing every single country in the world together with a checkbox next to each one to select which ones you wanted to allow/restrict, so it would be incredibly cumbersome. This feature would need to be requested by several other people before I considered implementing it.

By the way, you can set your Contact Restrictions to "US" users only, and your foreign friends will automatically override your Contact Restrictions since you've contacted them before.

Correct. You mentioned you wanted to be able to contact your foreign friends that you currently talk to, so I assumed you've already contacted them in the past.
