Irritability depression cant stay on task no more thats me, i used to do things by tha three, hold a three point five play sports and hold a job as a teen, since i been over almost every jobs been gone in months no more than three, lost my sense of dependability, on top of that i got these dreams, anything that sounds like it straight up startles me, so i walk away so i can breathe, this is what its like havin ptsd

I know what its like to have ptsd, but the difference is ive never been to war or even the military...and it sucks to have ptsd! The nightmares are terrible!

I suffer from ptsd as well but not due to war. I do not envy u at all. It suks real bad

Talking about it and medication helps a lil
