For over a year and I love it all but the pay could be better lol. I just got offered a better paying job at a hospital but I would miss my clients and coworkers. Not sure what to do.. hmmmm

Do what's best for you and your daughter...but make sure you're happy with the decision.

I know how ya feel. If the pay helps ya out and your family out then do it.

To me it depends on how the company treats the employees

If the pay and perks are making up for a little BS at work. Thats something to think about and consider. How much difficulty and bs etc. would u put up with handle for more money or better perks? Will that company last long term? How does their pay raise system work? Which is closer to home? Which is more flexible on hours but still gives u plenty of hours. Among what everyone has said also. So many things lol. Youll be fine

Than I would switch. You can always make plans with the coworkers that you'll miss outside of work
