Is it tacky for a woman to cuss? (by Briteeyes1211)

I have always thought it was tacky, disrespectful for a woman to have a potty mouth. But theres times when i think i cuss like a sailor. I can use simple words (hell, sh*t, da*n, etc) in every sentence is that bad? I try not to ever use male and female body parts in cussing (d*ck and p*ssy) unless im really ticked....so whats ur input on this? I had someone tell me a couple weeks ago they notice i didnt cuss much, i almost fell over cuz honestly i felt like i was cussing to much to be a "lady" lol.....so especially to u men, do u look at a woman different if she has a potty mouth and when does it go from jus being normal adult language to tacky?

I have the mouth of a sailor, and I'm damn proud of it, to tell the truth. I know how to be respectful, and curb my cursing when I need to, but most of the time it just comes out. I like to invent fill in words for my curses though, so that when I am trying not to curse and I feel the need to, I have an option. I know some guys don't like a woman who swears, but it's just a part of who I am. And if the man really cares about me, he won't try to change that or anything else about me. I'd never ask a man to change for me, I expect the same from him. There is only one curse word that I hate using, and I reserve it for when I'm hella angry, and that's THE C word!

I also dont cuss much unless im really mad. I dont know i tried rams curse words thread i did a few times but wasnt me. Only when im really mad or upset. But instead of curse words i invent or find something similar in my mwmory bank that will fit.

I never ever used to. I used to hate it! I'll almost never use it, and I will NEVER use it to refer to a female. I got de-sensitized to it... My brother-in-law uses it all the time, and we used to spend a lot of time together.

I never use the c word. It shocked the heck out of me when this old old woman did it. I was like wow i never say words like that. And she turned around and called me a c word. I was working at the time and several coworkers heard her and were shocked also.

Coming from a person who is trying to stop, no i dont mind at all, sometimes its good to vent by cussin, and i used to say the f word the b word and the c word lots, i still remember when i first did it my friend said "omg James cursed!" then when i did it around my newer friends they were surprised too, even one of them saying to me "i dont like it when you say that" and that was dispite the fact everyone even her were cursing lots. i mean if i typed a curse now i'd say you all would be shocked. :)
