Nuisance neighbours (by VampDoll)

I've got a girl living at the left hand side of me and she is constantly throwing parties. i didn't mind at first but its getting ridiculous now. 6 o clock this morning she had loads of people in her bedroom, which is right next to mine, and they were being so bloody noisy. i banged on the wall. they all started banging back. i like the girl but the tools she hangs around with are just plain disrespectful. i have a little boy and I'm also just getting out of an insomnia stage I've had since January. anyone else got any annoying neighbours they want to rant about and any tips on how you handled it :)

If its an apartment i would report to the manager. I know no one wants to be a snitch but you have your kid to think about along with your own sanity.

I'm in a rented house. i don't mind her doing it at the weekend once and a while but mid week when i have to get up the next day to take my son to school is a joke. i turned my stereo up full blast this morning playing phantom of the opera album on repeat. They keep me up partying til 6am, I'll stop them sleeping it off the next day. petty i know but I'm gonna have words with her soon as its been going on too long now.

I live in a flat which consist of 12 neighbors in just one floor . Building regulations are very strict that MUST be followed. Tenants are not allowed to make loud noise after 11pm during weekdays . I suggest you to sit and talk to your neighbor calmly especially you have a 7 years old son. Explain to her in a nice way the effects that the noice caused by her and her friends.

If she'll not listen then consider to inform the house owner or if getting worst then better to find another peaceful place...

I have lived here nearly 2 years and its right next to my boys school and a supermarket, its not in town where all the drunks wander about and I've just done out the garden. I'll have words with her. she is a nice lass, its just the stupid young lads she has round who think their funny and they take the mick. one time one of them pee'd on my front door at about 4 am one time not realising my parents were stopping and sleeping in the front room. i slapped his face when i next saw him. i stand up for myself and no one is driving us out of our home. thanks for the advice ladies :)
