This week governor Dugaurd has declared the month of March intellectual and developmental disabilities awareness month and it to get the community to understand them more but to me it sounds like breast cancer awareness or something it like your not goin to smoke drink or use a cell phone to much and catch Downs Syndrome

The awareness part on the letter the governor addressed made it sound more like beware I wish I could find a link give me sec

@WalkSoftly: we have what they call a intranet at work and they sent out a news letter but it really sounded like watch out don't drink out of the same fountain you mite become retarded ****** me off
