Spaghetti (Meatballs, Meat Sauce or even meatless) and Chicken Alfredo (or Seafood Alfredo) are all easy to do and take next to no time.

A lotta casseroles are easy or even some soups. Just depends on what you like, and how long ya got to make it. cause some are easy to throw together but take a while to bake/cook lol
