I've mentioned this in another thread. I don't think it's racism. The majority of our users are in the US, which is quite far from Africa. Being a mobile site, most users are interested in local dating.

Also, the vast majority of scammers on Dating.mobi have been from Africa, so many of our users have chosen to ignore all African users based on previous experiences.
