A fun place. (by manondago)

When I first joined this site, the forums were a great place to tell jokes, ask and get advice, and have a lot of fun. Over time it has gotten to be a pretty hostile place to be at times. I try to remind myself that the other people here have personal lives that might not be going well or going just plain sh!tty, so that I am able to have some empathy or understanding . Also then I understand if someone is cranky or nasty and don't take things too personal. I have forgotten to do this lately, mainly because of personal/family problems. Well I'm making an effort to get my head out of my butt.
I'm just saying if people are twisted up with life, try to keep from taking it out on the people here. Maybe someone here can help. But that can't happen if we are just snapping at each other.
Now I gotta run...lil nephew's got a volleyball tourney. Gotta get my cheerin voice out.
Everybody have a good night.
