Who all road race in here,and what are some track rates etc around USA?

I road race every time I get behind the wheel. 90 down the interstate isn't so bad...but in Mountain City when they say 40 it don't mean 60 is allowed. Found out the hard way. They will be getting my money next month lol. Yes, I know not the road racing u were referring too...but I'm half asleep so give me a break
