Don'tcha just love it when you've managed to prepare a meal just perfectly? I do! I made fried rice, stir fry, rat on a stick and sweet and sour chicken...my fried rice was just awesome and my garlic and ginger sauce for the stirfry was mmmm mmmm good! My kids appreciation for good food makes meal preparation so much fun.

@nikky1984: ohhhh that cracked me up!!! No it isn't actually rat. It is a meat deep fried or grilled on a skewer. In my case it was venison which is deer meat.

@nikky1984: I convinced my son that the Chinese meat on a stick was squirrel. He knows better now, but that's what we still call it. Us Americans love our slang lol
