Childhood movie (by Bigdude1981)
(43 / M-F / New York)What movie or movies were you afraid of when you were a child? I was afraid of Gremlins and Child's Play.
@Bigdude1981: omg. Jumanji (or however you spell it... Jamanji? idk) freaked me out. monkeys coming out of my chimney?? no way. could never get through the whole movie. strange though... cause i was addicted to watching Dark Crystal and Labrynth... id think David Bowie in tight pants would be scary enough. ._. *shudder*

@Bigdude1981: The Birds (Alfred Hitchcock). Fear they would get in. And two starlings did come down my chimmey once. I threw towels over them, & released them. But the wing flapping sound... And they sure look big flying in your house, & frantic. Geez!!
I couldn't watch horror movies when I was little, so I have no scary stories :(
But I hate...Child's Play, Bride of Chucky, etc. Ughh spooky basterds

I loved horror movies when I was a kid. I'm a gore hound. My favorite movie I saw when I was about.. 7or 8, was Maniac. The Disco Boy kill scene was just epic. \m/
Alice in Wonderland is great. I might re-read the book again later, actually.
