I was monitoring my daughters Facebook account and read a conversation between her and a friend. The friend was asking Becca how she had the nerve to stand up to aother girl that was bullying the friend and Becca replied that her mom(that's me) always says that if you need to plant your feet then plant em firmly in the right place! Makes a mommas heart just go gooey!!!

Yanno I had to just sit down and have a good cry after reading this...some of ya know I lost my Papa a few weeks ago and the regret that my kids wld never get to know him as I did was bitter for me. But that particular saying was one he said to me and it stuck...made me realize how much of Papas 'goodness' is going to live on and my kids HAVE benefited from him just as I did even if they don't realize it. The circle of life sure makes one think don't it?
