Depends. Real life scary, or make believe scary? one of the scariest scenes in a real life movie I remember, is in Training Day, when Ethan Hawk was playing poker with the Mexican guys.

The most interesting scarey movie Ive seen is a film named "Shrooms" where a group of colledge kids went on a trip for the weekend to the forest and were taking shrooms. Shortly before,, they were told of a ledgend of Indigenous people that were said to escape a fire many years ago they were patients of a secluded hospital for the criminaly insane. . After the kids took the shrooms each one started being murdered one by one. . At the end of the movie the last survivor she called for help, the ambulance people assumed it had to be her that killed all of her friends, being that she was on shrooms. . The last scene shows here murdering the ambulance people and running stark raving mad through the forest.
