Is that even real? And why is it represented by numerous places? Nigeria. Ghana, iran, south africa, hong kong and some place ive never heard of called "united states minor outlying islands"

The USA doesn't actually have any "minor outlying islands", but the scammers don't realize that and refer to "them" pretty often.
