Standing alone is better than standing alongside the people who hurt you.
If your relationship doesn't make you happy it means you are in
the wrong relationship.
It is better you stay single. Because relationship with no rest of mind is a childplay.
It would cause more harm than good

It applies to both sexes, all relationships even associates, neighbors... If we tolerate, accept, make exceuses for ... Bad behaviour, disrespect, violence...etc.. Then we are "settleing". ( as if we are saying, it is ok! So it continues & repeats ) If we don't tolerate etc.. We are " not settleing " We can stop it, or give them consequences, in negative/positives ways , violent (which makes evevything worse; usually) . Or non violent. Saying, no & walking away. Knowing the person, is a vexation to your spirt. They are not worthy, & you deseve better. Why waste, time, breath & energy. So people would rather think they are right, than me happy... Why settle for a vexation ? Nope :)
