If you have what is your opinion on it and meaning behind it. My opinion is that it speaks the truth of the completely broken prison system and court system we have in america and how nearly 1/3 of all black men with go to jail once in their live and hispanics are now in the mix as well. So the lower class black and hispanic men are what are now coined as 'The New Slaves'.
