@jonson007: I'm about 130lbs. I don't want to gain a whole lot, just tighten up. I'm very soft right now lol

@MissJessica86: lol u look soft. First of all to tone up u have to lose fat and gain some muscle that might increase ur weight to 3 to 5 lbs. do u have a mesotype body ? Is there some fat accumulated around ur belly or on ur sides ?

@MissJessica86: basically there r three types of exercises that helps in toning up the body and reduce body fat. 1) cardio exercices like swimming, cycling walking and jogging. Cardio exercises r widely recommended for burning body fat and putting some lean muscle mass. Being into weightlifting and wrestling we usually do it on sundays. But i suggest u to do it five days a week. 2) abdominal exercises 3) interval workouts.u can do these two exercises on saturday and sunday. Besides this u have to follow a strict diet routine. Cut down the fats and carbs and increase the intake of protein.
