Dating.mobi ia the worst site I ever been on coz while Im rwplying to some one all of a sudden it tells me that I not allowed on thia page and they dont give you any explanation. I know I didnt do anything wrong on the site nor disrespect any one online.

You didn't say what error message you actually got, so it's hard to dissect this problem. When you say that it tells you that you are "not allowed on this page", what specific error message are you getting? I assume it's the Contact Restrictions, like others have noted, but it's impossible to say with any certainty because you did not provide more specific info about the error you are getting. It could also just be that your session timed out and you were accessing a page as a logged-out visitor.

Also, if this is the worst site you've ever been on, then you've obviously never been to TheMostAmazingWebsiteOnTheInternet.com. :)
