I just saw a profile that says the lady is from the United States and minor outlying islands, then list's the city as Quebec, lol. I wasn't even aware that cities in Canada we're eligible to become territories of the USA, lol. And I'm curious, is Manhattan an "outlying island"? These scammers really ought to do some better research.
