This is actually a song I heard when I was a little girl-the words rang true to me as I had lost my mother when I was 12-this goes out to all the mothers who are not with us anymore...may they rest in peace on this Mothers Day and forever.... Last night my little girl came to my bedroom-I heard her whisper softly from the door.. ''Daddy I cant sleep cuz I miss mama, Does mama miss me like she did before?'' I took her in my arms and then I told her, ''Darlin mama misses you the same...but little girls' and daddys' cry with teardrops, and Angels cry with roses and with rain. Angels cry roses and rain-angels dont know any pain, so darlin when you hear your mamas name-think of Angels, roses, and rain'' This mornin she was playin in the kitchen-then she took her doll and went outside...I watched her as she walked among the roses-I saw a loving sadness in her eyes. Then I saw a raindrop on my window, and softly as the clouds grew dark above...my little girl picked up her doll and whispered..''That's the way my mama sees me now.'' Angels cry roses and rain, Angels dont know any pain-so darlin when you hear your mamas name, think of Angels, roses and rain:)

Omg this is so touching brought a tear to my eye because thats how my mum and her siblings are feeling when my Grandmother past away when i was 5..

@KiwiGirl: :)its sad but yet uplifting at the same time-my mama grew roses all over our yard so the poignancy of the roses always touched my heart:)
