I have a trouble to send a message to another ppl but if they send me a message I still can reply them

(Admin)What error message do you get when you try to reply to them?
It said : can't connect to local MysQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock'(2)
Its said like that if I wanna send a new message to another ppl, but if they send me a message I still can reply them
