Why dose it hurt so bad to have ur heart broke how do u make it stop when even your dreams remind u like nightmars

Time and distraction are your friends there buddy. There is no quick cure, at least not one that won't leave you feeling worse. Just throw yourself into your work or a hobby. For now try and avoid reminders as best you can, place you had first date etc., given time you will heal.

@Thanx4memory yeah thats all u can do alchol helps but it only masks the problem it will still be there when u wake up but time will cure thanks

It hurts that bad because we put the most vulnerable part of ourselves out there, trusting the other to keep it safe. Time will heal it, dont stop trying!

Our UK friend has the right idea. Immerse yourself in a good hobby to help keep it off your mind. Something you need to concentrate on preferably :)

Buy a dart board and in the bullseye draw a broken heart. Keep practising until you can hit it 2 in 3. By then you'll feel better and also be good enough to compete professionally and buy us all a drink with your winnings ;-D
