I have tried a number of times to confirm my phone number i would like to know what the problem is i text the code u gave me to the number u gave me so whats up

The problem is that your number is already tied to another account: Letsgofishin

You're only allowed to have one account on here. Why do you have two?

Login to your old account and delete it via "My Account". Let me know when you've done that and I'll remove the link between your mobile number and your old account so you can verify your new account.

I thought that would so i tried to logout and it wouldnt let me

@Andres when u verify ur # it sets that # to ur account, is that rite? Well if u r banned, can they reopen another account with that # or lets say use a friends phone to open & verify, then use their own phone (which is banned) to access their new account? And what if they delete an account, can u see where they have had an account in the past?

Click the Logout link at the bottom of any page of the site, and log back in with your old account and delete it as per my earlier instructions.

If a user with a verified phone number is banned, their number will be banned as well. If a user deletes their own account, we do not retain any personally-identifiable information on that account such as IP Address or phone number. However, we currently log every SMS that comes in for the phone verification, so if a number got verified in the past, it will be tied to that account whether that account got deleted or not. As this is the first time someone with a verified account opened a new account that they wish to verify with the same number, the System can't yet handle it. So they need to delete their old account so I can unlink their number from that account, and they will be able to re-verify their new account. Hope that makes sense.
