I see no attempts to Upload your Pics via E-mail by either of you. This means you both sent it to the wrong address. Double-check your secret upload e-mail addresses and try again.

The Upload Via E-mail actually works very well. When you upload a pic via e-mail and it does not work, 9 out of 10 times it's because you sent it to the wrong address.

The only known issue is with users using Boost Mobile, where sometimes the Boost Mobile logo gets uploaded instead of the pic the user sent.

Also, keep in mind that the Upload via E-mail is instant, it doesn't take minutes, hours, or days. So if you send that e-mail with your pic and then don't see your pic in your profile, then something went wrong. If you sent it to the correct address and it failed, then you will get an e-mail back saying why it failed. If everything is OK, you'll get an e-mail back confirming you have successfully uploaded your pic via e-mail. If you get no response back (either success or failure), then you simply sent it to the wrong address.
