Every time I upload a new picture, it fails verification. It's irritating because I followed the instructions correctly but it didn't work. It worked when I first signed up but not anymore. Now I can't contact or reply to some of my messages.

@dan i verified ur new photo the other nite, did it not show on ur profile "tru pic" ?

To get verified, you actually need to upload a pic of you.
