Breath and take a warm shower till they are a minute apart then go to the hospital. There is nothing you can do till the babys ready. and has it turned to be head first yet.

Oh bye the way i wasn't nice when they said it would be easier on my sife. i almost took out the nurse told them to put me the **** down. when a contaction took me my back bone felt luke its being.riped out. so thev put me back on my back. My son eas an hor being born and my daughter. after they breaked my water
