Y the pic verification is taking a lot of time to be done verified

@Beinmyslf: Because a certain number of people have to say yes everything is good before it gets verified in a certain amount of time. If that doesn't happen, then it isn't good and you'll need to upload a new one. One other thing, is that it teaches you patience and gives you the ability to wait. More people need this as we are moving into a now, now, now generation and time.
