We have no record of receiving any e-mails to your secret upload address.

That probably means you did not send it to the correct e-mail address. Please double-check your secret upload address and try again.

Make sure u add the periods where they belong, this is a common mistake....took me several trys myself but once u realize ur mistake its simple to upload
