I'm assuming you mean how to create a New Thread. Click the "Forums" button at the top of the Forums, and you'll see a list of all the different sections and sub-forums. Click the one most relevant to what you want to post about. You will then see a "New Thread" button at the top. Just click it to start a New Thread.
