What happened to romance? is it dead or do ppl just toss it out the window for new ideals trends and experiences? what happened to the days of flowers and men earning a date or earning her trust for that matter? i vote romance should be brought back. Looks fade then what will be left when you sexual encounters are over? i want to find that romance again. I want a man who respects me and puts in effort to get me. Everyone deserves to find that right?

There are still some romantic people out there, to me the little things are very romanti like picking me a flower or just a kind gesture.

I also like the little things, a single rose, a kiss on the forehead, opening my door (almost a must for me), holding hands, well my ex's hands were so big i could only hold his pinky cuz i got lil bitty hands, it was the cutest thing to see my whole hand wrapped around his big ole pinky, lol, letting me know hes thinkin of me in the middle of the day....jus simple things like that. I like to leave him notes where he'll find them when we're seperated, in his pocket, or his lunch, some place like that. Jus to let him know im thinking about him. I had a guy carve me a rose out of wax, just the thought that he would do that instead of just buying a rose was very romantic to me.

I want a guy to make and actual effort to win me over. I want the man to put real thought into dates and someone to treat me right. I think everyone wants that.
