I put myself on a no-sugar and no-cornsyrup diet for the month of January. I've been doing really well. But I was considering making it a 30-day diet instead. Because we are leaving for a long road trip tomorrow and Im gonna have a hard time giving up the snacks and cookies that we are bringing. I'm torn with what to do. It's not because of weight. Just general health. Could you please tell me what I should do?!?

It's a matter of self discipline. The harder it is, the more discipline I get.
