From what i can see karma points are given only to people who have a picture is that true? Cause i only have one point . i have no picture but someone gave me a point Anyway. But if they are given to people who are nice too i would like to know

I give them to anyone I enjoy talking to and is respectful, but it does help to have a picture. If you have a picture it is more likely for people to speak with you.
