so 6 hours ago, bout 4 pm central usa time, i changed my lookin for thing to just talk and txt then i go offline then it changed back without me doin it anyone get that problem or understand mine? Lol

i had that happen to me once. I had to go back and do it again. Because it upset the guy i was dating at the time. I told him i had changed it and it to not looking looking for friends. But i had to do it twice. Hope you didnt upset anyone.

Did you guys confirm the change had actually been made and was reflected on your profile the first time around?

That's important to know in order for me to ascertain whether the issue is that it's actually not getting updated the first time around, or it is but is then actually changing back. Either way, I will need to fix this, but I need to know where to look. I suspect it's the former.

Is this something other users reported to you as an issue that was happening on their profiles, or you just noticed ages changing on other profiles? If it's the latter, it may just be that they changed their date of birth via "My Account".

I confermed the change then went back to home screen the back to view my profile and it said what i had changed it to so i got off then got back on 6 hrs later and got told it was back to what i had changed it from

OK, just so I'm clear on the timeline, at around 4pm CST yesterday you made a change to your profile, confirmed that change was reflected on your profile, logged off, and at around 10pm CST, you logged back in, and your profile was showing you the original information you had prior to your change at 4pm CST, is that correct?

Had you changed anything else, or was it just the "Looking for" field?

Yes the time is correct and it was just the looking for field.

@Andres: two of them went back and changed it themselves and it was fine after that the other didnt want to report it so im not sure.....although its quite possible they were lying about the age to begin with...lol.....only the first two mentioned it bein an issue but after changing it the issue resolved
