I am paying for a premium service which I am not getting. And I have payed £9.99. For this service. And also you keep on telling me you can't verify my pic. My verifcation picture is the same as my profile picture! Because I check both of them on your website. If this matter don't get resloved soon then I will take this matter further. Of means of reporting this matter to watchdog.

Actually, we haven't received a single cent from you, so I don't know where you got that you have paid us £9.99. Are you perhaps confusing us with another service? Our price in the UK is actually £10 a month (due to local taxes and fees), not £9.99, so you must be confusing us with another service since you mentioned a price that does not exist.

Let's please keep the watchdog threats out of this and stick to facts so I can actually help you get what you want. You do not need to threaten me to actually get me to help you.

Also, you do not need to be verified at all in order to upgrade to a paid Premium subscription (only for the trial), since your payment essentially verifies you. That said, your verification pic cannot be the same as your profile picture, and the instructions clearly state that. That's why it's failing.

So please double-check what you are actually doing as you seem to be mistaken on multiple accounts. To verify your pic, make sure you upload a different profile pic and verification pic (only your verification pic should contain the paper with your code). To upgrade to Premium, simply go to the payment page, click on the plan you want and you will be taken to the Bango payment site where you can complete your Credit Card payment and get a receipt. As soon as your payment is complete, you will be granted the Premium version in about 20 seconds.

And I have payed for premium account because made payment to bango for the premium service. So what your saying is that I am a lair. That make me even more annoyed that you think I made this up. The pic u r currently holding needs to be sent to verification not ur profile. U need to add a "v period" infront of the address for verification. If Bango got ur payment u would of recieved a message in ur inbox and an e-mail so it must not of went thru
