Social Outcast (by MissNicole2)
I love getting on these forums. Why? Because normally I do not fit in at all. Around here, if you talk "funny" and are different, it can be hard to socialize. Small towns can be really irritating to live in. But with the variation of people on here, I never feel out of place. Which is very nice. :)
I live in a small town. I dont have to worry about much. Except when its my turn to be the one everyone makes up stories about. Ill be moving in the next 6 months thank the gods! But I understand why you come here... the forums are either humorous or entertaining. Now that the drama has ended
Yes. I agree. It is much better on here. As for here, they think I am very different. I never felt different till moving to this town. But I am happy I am. I would hate to blend in with most of these people. They talk all the time about others they barely know. Then wonder why they have no true friends. Most of my closest friends are the ones said to be horrible people. :) I have to admit it has gotten worse since I got a tattoo. Haha.
I love living in a small town. Well, the one I live now anyways. Everyone stays to themselves.
i love my town but with all the gossip and pressure to conform it gets really annoying
@JayRay19: Here you are either the way the old families want you or you are not welcome. So, I understand.
I used to love my small town. My family has lived here for generations. All the familys always stick up for each other, but a fee people died & a few families fell apart. It will never be the same
My whole family is from Texas. My grandmother married into a family that has been here in Arkansas for generations. But that courtesy of sticking together has all but dissapeared.
try being an outcast every where. Home at work and online glad u have a place 2 fit in.
i live in the middle of no where on the outskirts 10 miles from a little town full of drama and back stabbing. Its peacefull here, no one can bother me. If they do then they are breaking the law (trespassing) and i can press charges. Keeps life simple
