Sorry for the downtime experienced just now, we were upgrading our Server and literally doubling our capacity so that we can fuel our growth and handle a lot more users. The upgrade ended up taking a lot longer than expected, but I think it was well worth it.

What does this all mean for you? It means you can now expect the site to run faster and smoother, especially during peak times.

There are still a few elements to be upgraded which might cause some more downtime, but I'll leave those for tomorrow while everyone is distracted with the election in the US. :)

Kinda figured it was updates. That is awesome news. And yeah, should be kinda dead in here from us American users. Lol. We take election day very seriously.

Just a quick update to say that we've finished upgrading the Server that we started yesterday and there will be no more scheduled downtime.

We now have a brand new Server with the latest software and operating system and killer hardware, so the site should be working a lot faster and smoother from here on out.

This will allow us to grow very quickly now as new and exciting changes start coming to Dating.mobi and we take the site to the next level.

Let me know if you notice any strange issues that you weren't experiencing before, and I'll have a look and see if the upgrade changed anything it wasn't supposed to.

Thanks great stuff. Will tell if faster to log on in an hour or two, when most users seem to log on. PS good luck with the voting to all USA folks.

@ andres : i think there is something wrong with the verify pics function, the pics sometimes show up blank when the page loads. Refreshing the page skips over the pic
