To some forgiveness is a burden,rather they kept on nursing the guilt in them.why cant you forgive and forget?

I forgive and over time i forget

i can forgive but forgeting isnt happening till i get memory loss

I kinda do the opposite forget but not forgive and more so depemding on the situation. Remembering something foul can reopen old wounds for me. Usually, I dont remember a load of negative stuff though so I just brush it off and keep going. Most of it is living life anyhow.

Depends on the situation...it I was unfairly targeted, I rarely forgive....and I never, EVER forget!

Forgiveness its hard to do it im still struggling to forgive and forget my blood family I guess only a good saint can forgive and forget.

Yup , I forgive and forget when warranted. Its what helps us move on in a civil way.
