@DRainbowbutterfly: I had been asked many times and thier favorite thing to do is to get you to yahoo messenger . Which the know that it would be hard to keep any conversations recorded . It takes them awhile and then they want money . I had talk to 6 of them with the same picture and i would catch them messing up forgeting who they were . So i desided to see if pictures of them would come up . There were many sites and the scammer list .com nailed all of them . So i went back and played them for a bit and then told them they were busted and that the police would be kicking thier doors down . You be suprized on how fast that they shut down . But no i didnt send any money .

Oh I see .. It's great you out smarted them ! But scammers sites always give advices not to tell them ( scammers ) that they are busted because like you said , they easily shut down ONLY to change their names ( create another profiles) to hunt new victims ..

By not telling them ( & let them play like dumbs ) but you already exposed their details ( pics, e-mail addresses, username , IP etc) then it would be easy to search for their on the web ..

I too sometimes like to play their games ... They are not fussy anyways :)

@DRainbowbutterfly: Thats the best thing any of us can do . I look at it as away of being safe and to protect yourself . I say to myself well im already on line might as well go to the scammers site to see if the person i was talking to is real or a fake . And for most 1/3 of the people you have seen on here are repeaters that got busted and came back . I just keep reporting them and if they are still on i dump them

@DRainbowbutterfly: I think the best one i did was to tell them that i hit the lottery and now i can get any one i want and then dunped them

Oh lol ! Yes, I can imagine their eyes are sparkling with $ when you did tell them ! You really did great !

A newbie scammers are easy to play their games but the big bosses are smarter and difficult to strategize lol .. I knew one famous scam baiter and he really did an awesome job playing those cockroaches !

I recently joined the line. And I've been a victim already. I can't believe how scammers could actually use names and pics of military soldiers. That's just cold hearted. I was heart broken but I know that there are still good ppl in this line. Thx for the advice. :)
