I live in a town where if you can't defend yourself you are s.o.l. I am a lady that can defend myself. I see nothing wrong with being able to do that. It has saved my life a few times. I think more people should take self defense training.

i agree with you there shadowangel im in a non profit group call sca and ive seen women who can fight better then men can no lie and this is a full contact mid evil western and eastern marshal arts group and when i say full contact i mean FULL CONTACT :)
