here's mine: lack of organization - I'm an independant contractor with an enclosed trailer that I keep my tools in and work out of. It's a never ending battle with my guys to keep it in order. All ya gotta do is put it back where ya got it from. Quittin time rolls around and if I'm not there, the next morn you better be careful when ya open the door cause somethins liable to come flyin out on ya. Drives me friggin nuts!

When people r smoking & they dont dump their ashes they just let em fall & theres an ashtray sittin right in front of em.

Definitely someone smoking around me (cant stand watching it being exhaled or the smoke clouding up my space) but disorganization ranks pretty high too!

When someone tells me to "calm down" during an argument or a fight. I'm not a dramatic person and I rarely yell or raise my voice but that really bugs me lol
