I think it would also bring more intelligent people to forums lol-jus' sayin-if ya cant figure out how to send a pic ya cant be playin with too many cards...that might sound a lil rude but it could also be a reason to join forums-thats why I got hooked:) I remember readin things that were interesting to me and enjoying the intelligent conversation-thats why I decided to comment:)now people come on and start huge drama then delete or get banned and come back again only to cause the same drama again:(

Lol for real I did have background checks done on my last two boyfriends:) and yeah it wont completely diminish the problem but I guarantee it will deter more people from causing havoc on forums:)
