Have you read the Same book more than 3x's (by Twoinchheels)
I am looking for more reading material. As you know, suggestions are good but most of the time easily slip into disappointed boredom. I have read "PILGRIMS PROGRESS" by John BUNYAN, over three times. It is about a mans desire for heaven and his travels to obtain his goal. Other than the man in the cage, I have seen myself in many of the characters in play. The characters have also helped me with deal with the many personalities I have met over time. Though it is Fiction, it sides very well next to the KJV of the Holy Bible. good steady read:) What is your Favorite book? :)
in the last month I've read "A Good Walk Spoiled", "Operation Napolean", "Moonraker", and "Behind Blue Eyes". I can tell you about any of them if you'd like. The only books I've read that many times were ones I'd have to take an exam on..lol..
I have read pride and prejudice many many times...but not as often as louisa may alcotts little women...bet i have read that one 30 times
I have not yet to read either and the stump is I dont know why I have done this. . . oh wait. . right. . kids:) lol
i thought i'd push this through again. with hurricane Sandy coming through, this coming week is going to be a real sit at home bore.
I've read each of the harry potter books several times, all austens works at least twice, the hunger games three times as well as the king raven trilogy... i had no social life for quite a while. JK Rowling has a new book out I'll be tackling tonight!
Ohhh let me know how it is....am dying to read it and ain't made it to town to pick it up
Hey there TwoInchHeels :) Goood thread and question. I am more horror fiction but I will occassionally read others that I come across. Some of the others are very good too! Anyways, I have read lots of Stephen King novels. I liked Salem's Lot (The movie 30 nights with Josh Hartnett kinda reminded me of it) and Dean Koontz's Darkest Evening of The Year. Im slowly making my way through The Face
I have a whole bookcase full of books that are well read. I have read and reread them. I love them all. They are my old friends :)
