That is not true every person is different, in every state i don't no what your situation ?
I once dated a girl from Bakersfield California. She was very sweet. She broke up with me because she didn't want a long distance relationship anymore.

I have a very dear and close friend from cali. She is the sweetest, most loyal, and most non-judgemental person I have ever known. So don't judge all books by a few bad reviews.
I lived in SoCal for a few years. I met alot of nice ladies there. Sayin they are all shallow is an unfair assumption.
