I'm ashamed that I can't quit smoking cigarettes. I can put down the beer bottle, bong, crack pipe, tar rig... Which I have down successfully 18 months & counting. But God forbid I don't have my cigs! LOL!

I am addicted to BC Headache powders. I take about 6-8 daily. Up north they dont have them, they are called Stanbacks....same as Goody's, but BC's are best. I HAVE TO HAVE THEM ON ME AT ALL TIMES. I am proud i have never picked up on smoking, tried it, dont like it. I am proud that i was addicted to getting high every hour on the hour and i was able to quit and stay quit. wooo-hooo

I have heard a lot of people swear by those powders.. I can't quit smoking, have tried several times..

cigarettes are also a vice i have that id love to get rid of....but i have proudly been able to put down the crack pipe and move on with my life
