Imagine a point in space where realiive neutrality implodes upon itself to the point that it becomes the inverse. Like when a mid to big star implodes. Thus why light seemingly doesnt escape because it is inverting electrons to protons. Opposite a regular nuetron which inverts protons to electrons. Ultra-High sub-atomic frequency extremely low voltage nano-volts or less.
